The problem
Once the platform is chosen, the implementation partner shapes the scope, the data model and the timeline. Partners write proposals that cannot be compared, and the cheapest phase one is rarely the cheapest project.
During the build, most teams have no one who can own the backlog, accept deliveries and say no to scope that does not belong in phase one. That role decides whether the PIM goes live as planned. We do not implement, so we can take it.
