Please read these terms of use (“Terms”) before using https://pimvendors.com (the “Service”) operated by Pimvendors.com B.V. (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Access to and use of the Service is conditioned on acceptance of these Terms. They apply to all visitors and users. By using the Service you agree to them. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

Paid advisory work, vendor memberships, and other commercial engagements may be covered by a separate statement of work or agreement. Those documents prevail if they conflict with these website Terms.

The Service

The Service includes an independent PIM/MDM directory, knowledge-base articles, diagnostic tools (including the cost calculator, PIM scan / shortlist, and “Do I need a PIM?”), newsletter signup, and related pages. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Directory listings, scores, cost ranges, and shortlists are informational. They are not a warranty that a vendor, architecture, or budget will fit your situation. Vendor marketing claims on profile pages should be verified with the vendor.

PIMvendors is an independent consultancy. We do not implement PIM software. Where we introduce you to a vendor, we may receive a disclosed fixed success fee from that partner. That model is described on the site and does not make a listing a paid endorsement unless we say so (for example Gold or Silver membership).

Your use of the Service

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in line with these Terms
• Submit accurate information on forms (diagnostics, newsletter, booking, profile claims)
• Not scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service, except ordinary search and AI crawlers that respect robots.txt
• Not copy substantial parts of the directory or knowledge base for a competing product without our permission

The public site does not offer self-serve user accounts. If we later issue credentials (for example for a vendor membership portal), you must keep them confidential and tell us of any unauthorized use.

Intellectual property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and remain the exclusive property of Pimvendors.com B.V. and its licensors. Vendor names, logos, and product descriptions remain the property of those vendors. You may share individual pages with normal citations; you may not present our directory as your own.

Links to other websites

The Service contains links to third-party websites and services we do not own or control, including vendor sites. Pimvendors.com B.V. is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Following an outbound vendor link is at your own risk. Read that party’s terms and privacy policy.

Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of directory or diagnostic output.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law, Pimvendors.com B.V. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damage, or for loss of profit, data, or business, arising from your use of the Service or reliance on directory or diagnostic content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence.

Termination

We may suspend or stop providing the Service, or block access, if you breach these Terms or if we need to do so for legal or security reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits) remain in effect.

Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in our privacy policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a provision is held invalid, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement for use of the website Service and replace prior website terms for this Service.

Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. The revised date appears at the top of the page. If a change is material we will try to give at least 30 days’ notice before it takes effect, by posting on this page. Your continued use after a revision means you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
